In my family posters are everywhere in my house. In each of our rooms there is a poster
that describes our personality and what we like. For example in my room there is a
massive poster of sports in the color purple, the reason for this is because
I love doing sports and my favorite is purple.

Iqbal Masih was a Pakistani Christian boy who became slave had his human rights taken away from him. Iqbal's sister was actually going to be sold to Hussein Khan by his dad but Iqbal felt worried for his sister, because she wasn't as big as he was. His right were important because without them he would lost multiple things such as an education,food and family. He was put into slavery at the age of 4 and at at the age of 5 he was forced/put into the carpet factory.Iqbal was lent to the factory to pay off his family dept. If he did not obey his master he was tortured in many ways (threaten, cut by knives and bruised by Hussain Khan) and was put in a torture chamber. While Iqbal was working morning to evening he also didn't get well feed. Each day he was feed a small amount of food and was given a little bit of water. Human rights is something that should belong to everyone but sadly Iqbal's was taken away from him. At the age of 10 Iqbal escaped and then went to the police to report Arshad, but the police brought him back to Arshad, who told the police to tie him upside down if he tried to escape again. He then escaped a second time and he attended the Bonded Labour Liberation Front School for children slaves and quickly completed a four-year education in only two years. Iqbal studied here in hopes of becoming a lawyer when his was older. Unfortunately this was taken from in a drastic assassination that took the life of Iqbal at the age of 12.

Athletics 

For the past 6 few weeks of P.E we've been doing/practicing our athletic events. 

When we first started p.e I wasn't really excited to do athletic because I was never in the mood to do psychically and I didn't find this topic fun. But as the weeks when on my mood started changing towards athletics, I was actually starting to enjoy it much more. 

On the first two weeks of P.E we learnt how to do the correct techniques to Triple Jump, Javelin & High jump. Next we learn how to do Shot put, Discus, Sprints and all the other events. This was fun to do at some points but mostly I disliked doing these. One of the events I loved doing was sprints and long jump because I particular think I'm good at doing these to activities.

-What causes one?

A heart attack occurs when the flow of blood to the heart is blocked. The reason for the blockage is mostly a buildup of fat, and other substances.

Over time, a coronary artery can become narrow from the buildup of various substances. This condition, is known as coronary artery disease, this what causes most heart attacks.

-How do you know you're having one?

Common signs of a heart attack include of

-Dizziness

-Vomiting

-A shortage of breath with or without chest discomfort

-Pain in one or both of you arms,Upper back,neck jaw and stomach                                                                                   

-Discomfort or pressure in the center of your chest often last a few minuets                                                                                    

-Fainting, Paleness, Unusual fatigue

-A break out of cold sweat
