Athletics
For the past 6 few weeks of P.E we've been doing/practicing our athletic events.
When we first started p.e I wasn't really excited to do athletic because I was never in the mood to do psychically and I didn't find this topic fun. But as the weeks when on my mood started changing towards athletics, I was actually starting to enjoy it much more.
On the first two weeks of P.E we learnt how to do the correct techniques to Triple Jump, Javelin & High jump. Next we learn how to do Shot put, Discus, Sprints and all the other events. This was fun to do at some points but mostly I disliked doing these. One of the events I loved doing was sprints and long jump because I particular think I'm good at doing these to activities.
