Figurative Writing
Define the phrases-Figurative language and Literal language

Figurative Language 
is like taking an ordinary sentence/statement and emphasizing it. Here are some examples, -I told you 1000 times to clean your room!
-I'm moving as slow as a sloth
-I'm literally going to DIE!



Literal language 
Is something that is real For example
-If I don't eat I will literally die of starvation

Find the definitions

Simile-Its used to say things that Include as or like, & its an expression in which something is describe as Alliteration-

Alliteration-Were you repeat a letter multiple times

Onomatopoeia- Is use of words that sound like (Tap,Hiss,Pow, etc)

Metaphor-Describing something as another thing

Hyperbole-Use of a similar value or constant sound 

Assonance-

Idiom-

Personification

Consonance
